Job Description
Concrete Restoration- Waterproofing - Building Envelope Lead the Crew. Build It Right. Deliver Excellence. Integrated Construction & Design is expanding and looking for an experienced Concrete Restoration Foreman to lead field operations on high-profile commercial and condominium restoration projects throughout Central Florida. We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, keeps projects moving safely and efficiently, and isn't afraid to get in the trenches with the crew. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on active restoration projects Coordinate daily work activities and manpower Read construction drawings and specifications Maintain production schedules while delivering exceptional quality Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with OSHA standards Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, inspectors, and clients Train and mentor crew members Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and professionalism Required Experience Applicants should have proven experience in: Concrete restoration and structural repairs Concrete demolition and selective demolition Stucco repair and replacement Waterproofing systems and coatings Sealants and expansion joint installation Window and sliding glass door removal and installation Balcony restoration Concrete patching and surface preparation Epoxy injection and crack repair (preferred) Swing stage operations (preferred) Lift and scaffold operations Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial concrete restoration experience Prior foreman or crew leadership experience Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Strong organizational and leadership skills Valid driver's license Reliable transportation OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and vacation Opportunities for advancement Year-round work A growing company with an outstanding reputation for quality About Integrated Construction & Design Integrated Construction & Design specializes in commercial concrete restoration, waterproofing, building envelope rehabilitation, window and door replacement, and structural repairs.
