Known for their hands-on leadership, strong financial backing, and ability to execute complex concrete structures, they continue to be a trusted partner on some of the region's most significant developments. The Successful Applicant A successful Concrete Superintendent should have: 7+ years of concrete or shell construction superintendent experience Background with a concrete subcontractor or shell contractor required Experience on high-rise residential, multifamily, or mixed-use projects preferred Strong knowledge of concrete operations, forming systems, and site sequencing Proficient communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills What's on
