Opportunity to work with one of the largest concrete subcontractors in Florida! Looking for Superintendents with concrete construction experience. About Our Client We are partnering with a reputable and growing specialty concrete and shell contractor with a strong presence in the South Florida market. The company specializes in structural concrete, building shell construction, foundations, slabs, elevated decks, cast-in-place concrete, and site coordination on large-scale commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. Known for its commitment to safety, quality, and project execution, the firm offers a strong pipeline of work, opportunities for career advancement, and the chance to work alongside an experienced construction team on high-profile projects. Job Description Manage and supervise concrete construction activities on-site. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site. Oversee material and resource allocation for concrete operations. Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively. Maintain detailed records of daily activities and progress reports. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing concrete construction projects. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
