Job Description Manage and supervise concrete construction activities on-site. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site. Oversee material and resource allocation for concrete operations. Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively. Maintain detailed records of daily activities and progress reports. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing concrete construction projects. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
