Florida ???? $90K-$115K + Benefits We're partnered with a fast-growing concrete contractor actively expanding across Florida and looking to add a field-driven Concrete Superintendent to the team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is motivated, and capable of leading crews while driving production in the field. This Superintendent will oversee commercial concrete projects ranging from smaller fast-paced jobs up to large-scale structural concrete work across Central and North Florida. Projects include slab-on-grade, elevated decks, footings, walls, podium structures, and tilt-wall related scopes Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations on concrete projects Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and deliveries Oversee slab-on-grade, footings, walls, elevated decks, and structural concrete work Maintain project schedules and production goals Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards Work directly with Project Managers and leadership teams Attend site meetings and provide project updates Requirements 2-3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial concrete construction Experience managing structural or cast-in-place concrete projects Strong understanding of scheduling and field coordination Ability to manage multiple active jobsites OSHA/safety-focused mindset Willingness to travel throughout the Central Florida region Project Types Commercial Industrial Structural Concrete Elevated Decks / Podiums Slab-on-Grade Footings & Walls Strong pipeline of work, competitive compensation package, and long-term growth opportunity.
