You'll use polyurethane injection equipment to lift and level concrete, stabilize soil, and create long-lasting solutions for our customers. Every project is different, so you'll need to think strategically, pay close attention to detail, and work closely with your crew to get the job done safely, efficiently, and correctly. What You'll Do Evaluate job-site conditions and determine the best concrete-lifting strategy. Perform concrete lifting, leveling, and soil stabilization using polyurethane injection equipment. Operate specialized machinery and tools safely and accurately. Troubleshoot unexpected conditions and adjust the plan when necessary. Work closely with your crew through every stage of the project. Prepare job sites and protect customers' homes, landscaping, and property. Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites. Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to keep it performing at its best. Communicate professionally with customers, explain the work being completed, and address questions or concerns. Take ownership of the finished product and make sure every job meets Sealtite's standards. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit for our team if you: Have previous experience in concrete lifting, concrete repair, polyurethane injection, soil stabilization, or a closely related field.
