Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for experienced concrete workers to join our growing residential construction team. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms, rebar installation, and other foundational elements for construction projects. Operate power tools, and hand tools to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support ongoing construction activities. Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris, securing tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Requirements 2 plus years experience in form, prep and finish reliable , hardworking, and able to show up to work on time valid driver's license or reliable ride to and from shop everyday must bring standard handtools ( nailbag, sledge hammer, concrete boots, and finishing hand tools most work is located in Brevard County, personal transportation is welcome, otherwise we have two work trucks available for travel between jobs Primary scope of work is house slabs, driveways, sidewalks, and additions.
