(Department of Transportation) regulations DOT Physical Certification Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Ready Mix Concrete Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to residential, commercial, and industrial job sites while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to transport and deliver concrete to job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate delivery tickets and logs Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers regarding delivery schedules and site conditions Wash and maintain the mixer truck to ensure cleanliness and proper operation Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures Assist with minor maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining product quality Qualifications Valid CDL Class A or B license with clean driving record for at least 2 years At least over 21 years of age Medical card and ability to pass DOT requirements Experience operating heavy trucks preferred (ready-mix experience is a plus) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in varying weather conditions Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders/stairs on equipment

Schedule Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday through Saturday. Drivers are expected to be available for a six-day workweek, with start times varying based on production and delivery schedules. Overtime and extended hours are frequently available and may be required during peak demand periods.
