What You'll Do:

Assist with concrete placement, pouring, finishing, and demolition Prepare job sites, forms, and materials for concrete work Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Load, unload, and move construction materials as needed Assist skilled tradesmen and concrete crews with daily tasks Follow project specifications, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions

What We're Looking For:

Previous construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
