Construction Laborer / Concrete Restoration Laborer

$25-35 per hour, based on experience and reliability Schedule Monday to FridayDay shiftOccasional weekends as neededWeather-dependent schedule Job Description Coastal Contracting & Restoration is hiring a Construction Laborer to assist with concrete repair, restoration, and exterior building repair projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in concrete restoration, balcony repair, stucco repair, exterior repairs, waterproofing preparation, and related scopes for condominiums, commercial properties, and multifamily buildings. We are looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and willing to work hard on active job sites. The right person should be comfortable working outdoors, following direction, keeping the job site clean, and showing up on time every day. This is a labor position with room to learn and grow for someone who takes pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Assist with concrete repair, restoration, and exterior building repair work Help with demolition, chipping, grinding, surface preparation, cleanup, and material handling Set up and break down job sites each day Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Carry materials, tools, equipment, and debris as needed Follow directions from the project lead or supervisor Assist with scaffolding, ladders, and access setup when needed Take job site photos or communicate updates when requested Follow safety procedures and company expectations on all job sites Be prepared to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Requirements Previous construction labor experience preferred Concrete repair, stucco, waterproofing, restoration, or demolition experience is a plus Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site daily Must have a working smartphone capable of taking photos, sending texts/emails, and using basic apps Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Must be physically able to lift materials, stand, bend, climb, and work outdoors Must be willing to bring lunch/snacks and remain on site during the workday Must be able to work as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude on occupied properties Must be authorized to work in the
