$100K•170K + Benefits We are partnered with a well-established and highly reputable concrete contractor based in Atlanta, known for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial concrete solutions. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are actively seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join their team. As a Concrete Superintendent , you will play a key leadership role in overseeing day-to-day field operations across commercial and industrial concrete projects. You will be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily field operations on commercial and industrial concrete projects from start to completion Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Manage project schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, and site logistics Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to guide field execution Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, owners, and other stakeholders Monitor productivity, track progress, and provide regular updates to project leadership Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward Enforce company safety policies, OSHA standards, quality procedures, and site compliance requirements Oversee concrete placement, formwork, reinforcing, finishing, layout, and related scopes Support inspections, testing coordination, punch lists, and project closeout activities Mentor and develop foremen and field teams to improve performance and efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent, General Superintendent, Field Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership role Strong background in commercial or industrial concrete construction Hands-on knowledge of concrete operations including formwork, rebar, layout, placement, finishing, and curing Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, equipment, materials, and site logistics Strong understanding of safety, quality control, drawings, specifications, and construction sequencing Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to drive production in a fast-paced field environment APPLY today for immediate consideration!
