Job Description Manage day-to-day site operations for concrete and masonry self-perform activities. Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to align on project goals. Supervise and lead on-site crews, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and requirements. Prepare and maintain daily reports on site progress and issues. Resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts efficiently and effectively. Order and manage materials needed for concrete and masonry tasks. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Proven experience managing self-perform concrete and masonry operations Background working with self-perform GC division or a subcontractor specializing in concrete/masonry Experience leading craft labor forces and coordinating multiple trades Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Knowledge of quality control procedures related to concrete and masonry installation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
