What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Support production of concrete pipe from setup through shipment
- Set up and prepare pipe molds (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
- Place reinforcing materials (steel cages, wire) per specifications
- Assist with concrete pouring using mixers, buckets, or automated equipment
- Support curing process and strip finished pipe from molds
- Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, sealing joints)
- Operate or assist with vibration/compaction equipment
- Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPEWhat You'll Need
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and kneeling) for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed
- Ability to work well on a team to meet production goals
- Basic math and reading skills (measurements, simple drawings)
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
