This role involves working on various projects that require physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction/concrete and asphalt, and be familiar with the tools and techniques used in related work. Duties

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects, including floors, foundations, paving, also prepping or laying asphalt.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, mixing, and finishing concrete.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary throughout the workday.
• Restore surfaces by repairing or replacing damaged areas. Skills
• Proficiency in placing, pouring and laying asphalt.
• Experience using power tools relevant to concrete or asphalt work is essential.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and practices.
• Skills in caulking for sealing joints effectively.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
• Attention to detail for restoring surfaces and achieving high-quality finishes.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to construction as needed.
• Driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
