In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings to concrete surfaces across residential, and commercial properties. Your expertise will help enhance durability, aesthetics, and functionality of various concrete structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation and new construction projects, utilizing your skills in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques. The ideal candidate is energetic, meticulous, and passionate about delivering superior craftsmanship in every project. Duties Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, etching, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of coatings Apply a variety of coatings including epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic concrete coatings Utilize hand tools such as trowels, brushes, rollers, and caulking guns for precise application and detailing Conduct quality inspections throughout the process to ensure coatings meet industry standards and client expectations Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience with construction concrete coatings, painting, industrial painting, or renovation projects involving concrete surfaces Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other relevant machinery Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and maintenance practices Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations Experience with carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry (stucco), caulking, fixture installation, and restoration work is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret schematics and schematics-related instructions Join us as a Concrete Coating Specialist where your craftsmanship will make a lasting impact!
