This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial developments to renovation and restoration jobs. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be instrumental in preparing sites, handling materials, and executing concrete-related tasks with precision and enthusiasm. We value motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful construction projects. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing and setting up forms for concrete pouring Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and other power tools safely and efficiently Install rebar reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and applying textures for a polished look Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate construction work Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to meet project demands Support masonry, stucco, tile laying, flooring installation, and other related tasks as needed on-site Use hand tools and power tools skillfully for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy equipment operation, roofing, carpentry, or demolition activities Collaborate with team members on renovation projects involving framing, drywall installation, or restoration efforts Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating tools and equipment effectively Construction estimating skills to assist in project planning and material procurement Expertise in rebar installation, concrete forming, and concrete finishing techniques Experience with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or cranes preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of various construction disciplines including masonry, metal stud framing, carpentry, roofing, plastering, and caulking Familiarity with heavy lifting procedures and safety standards on construction sites Strong understanding of schematics related to concrete pumping or layout plans Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during restoration or renovation projects Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience with commercial driving is a plus Join us in building lasting structures while advancing your skills in a vibrant construction environment!
