Position Overview The Concrete Foreman is responsible for leading field crews, managing day-to-day job site operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews across job sites
• Plan and execute daily work activities
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Oversee foundations, flatwork, and decorative concrete
• Ensure proper site preparation, pouring, finishing, and curing
• Maintain quality control standards
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor efficiency
• Train and mentor crew members QualificationsRequired
• 3-7+ years of concrete construction experience
• 1-3+ years in a leadership or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, finishing, and repair
• Ability to read blueprints and layout work
• Experience managing crews and job logistics
• Valid driver's license
• Strong safety focus Preferred
• Experience with residential, industrial and commercial projects
• Knowledge of decorative concrete and coatings
• Equipment operation experience (skid steer, excavator)
