Requirements:

Active RN license in practicing state Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred BLS required; ACLS preferred (depending on patient population) Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs on an ongoing basis Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions Accurately document care and report changes in patient status to the healthcare team Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge instructions Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
