Concrete Foreman

Job Title:

Concrete Foreman Overview We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects across Iowa and surrounding states. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage crews while meeting safety and production goals. Travel is required, with hotel accommodations provided. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews on job sites Plan and coordinate daily work to ensure productivity and quality Read and interpret blueprints and site plans Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete Ensure safe operations and OSHA compliance Communicate with project managers, customers, and team members Monitor materials and track job progress Travel to regional job sites and stay overnight as needed Requirements 3-4 years of concrete experience (residential and/or commercial) Prior foreman or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishing Ability to manage and motivate a crew Valid driver's license Willingness to travel during the work week Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Skills Commercial construction experience Experience in carpentry or general construction Core Skills Concrete

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
