Sunroc is hiring entry-level Batch Plant Operators to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in concreteproduction while learning from skilled professionals. We provide excellent training, competitive pay, and benefits to help you grow in your career. Things You'll Do Batch ready mixed concrete as fast and as efficiently as possible. Load mixers and coordinate received materials. Order, monitor, and inventory materials supplied to the batch plant. Sign vendor delivery invoices upon receipt of material and after every load. Inform Dispatch and the Plant Manager immediately of any issues that would inhibit production. Inspect and maintain all belts and equipment and submit a weekly report detailing activities. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Basic computer skills. General knowledge of concrete. Basic knowledge of heavy equipment. Basic math skills. Basic knowledge of industrial plant functions.
