Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. This is a position for experienced professionals only — not entry-level. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, finishing, and detailing concrete surfaces to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and durability. Your expertise will help bring commercial construction projects to life, transforming raw materials into smooth, functional surfaces that stand the test of time. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up every day, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Duties Apply finishing techniques to concrete surfaces, including screeding, floating, edging, and troweling to meet precise specifications Operate hand tools and power tools such as power trowels, screeds, mixers, and vibrators to properly set and finish concrete Install rebar and reinforcement as needed to strengthen concrete structures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and grade/elevation requirements to ensure accurate placement and finishing Perform concrete forming tasks using formwork systems to shape poured concrete accurately Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and overall crew production Coordinate with crew members and other trades to maintain efficient workflow on job sites Operate equipment safely while following all jobsite safety standards Assist with concrete repair or restoration work when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of concrete finishing experience (REQUIRED — no exceptions) Ability to finish concrete to specification without constant supervision Reliable transportation to and from job sites (REQUIRED) Strong integrity, honesty, and work ethic — dependable and consistent attendance is critical Mechanical knowledge including operation of power tools and concrete finishing equipment Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and making precise measurements Experience with formwork, rebar installation, and concrete placement Ability to perform physically demanding labor while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of construction site safety standards and ability to work in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a professional crew Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project.
