Full-time Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Laborers for Precast Concrete. This position assists with the production of precast concrete products used in construction and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare concrete forms for production Assist with pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete Place reinforcing steel and other materials into forms Remove completed concrete products from molds Use hand and power tools safely Inspect products for quality and accuracy Clean forms, tools, equipment, and production areas Move materials and assist other production team members Follow all workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

Must have steel-toe boots Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Comfortable working with concrete and construction materials Able to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull regularly Dependable transportation and strong attendance Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, general labor, or production experience Experience using hand or power tools Ability to read a tape measure Forklift or equipment-operating experience This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build experience in concrete manufacturing.
