Job Description Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are hiring a dependable, hard-working Concrete Foreman to lead and manage our field crews. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, runs organized jobs, and can keep a crew productive, efficient, and moving forward. Our work includes foundations, slabs, flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, site concrete, and other commercial and residential scopes. We are looking for a foreman who can plan ahead, lead a crew, and deliver quality results without constant oversight. This is not just a position-it is a leadership role. We are looking for someone who can build strong crews, maintain production, and take responsibility for job performance. Foreman Duties Lead and manage daily field operations for concrete crews Plan and stage work ahead of time (materials, tools, crew workflow) Direct laborers and finishers to maintain consistent productivity Coordinate forming, placing, pouring, and finishing operations Ensure proper timing and sequencing during pours Maintain high-quality standards and minimize rework Monitor crew performance and keep work moving efficiently Identify and resolve jobsite issues before they impact production Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate clearly with project managers, suppliers, and crew members Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets expectations Requirements Proven experience in concrete construction (foundations, slabs, flatwork, etc.) Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong understanding of forming, placing, finishing, and curing processes Ability to read plans and understand job requirements Ability to manage crews and maintain production pace Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation Ability to work full-time and maintain consistent attendance Ability to perform physical work and work in all weather conditions
