Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in forming, pouring, and finishing various concrete structures. This role requires the ability to follow detailed work tickets, order the correct type and volume of concrete from suppliers, and ensure high-quality finishing work. Responsibilities Review and follow work tickets to complete each project accurately. Accurately order concrete from suppliers, ensuring correct mix, volume, and delivery timing. Set forms and prepare layouts for concrete landings, steps, sidewalks, driveways, patios, and retaining walls. Direct placement of ready-mix concrete into forms and ensure proper consolidation. Smooth, level, and finish surfaces using trowels, screeds, floats, and other finishing tools. Perform edging, jointing, and surface texturing for durability and appearance. Repair, patch, and resurface existing concrete when required. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of equipment. Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications Required Experience:

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Knowledge of forming, pouring, and finishing concrete landings, steps, sidewalks, driveways, and retaining walls. Ability to order the correct concrete mix from suppliers and coordinate timely deliveries. Ability to follow work tickets and complete tasks with accuracy. Skilled in the use of finishing tools and equipment. Strong understanding of concrete curing and finishing techniques. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Preferred Skills Experience with decorative/stamped concrete. Ability to perform other exterior remodeling work (roofing, siding, tuckpointing, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
