This role involves managing on-site operations, supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and an understanding of concrete work processes to drive successful project outcomes. Duties Lead concrete crews on active construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Ensure all work complies with safety standards such as OSHA regulations and company policies Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide team activities Conduct quality control inspections Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly Skills Proven experience supervising concrete or heavy civil construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such a skid steer.
