Elite Executive Partners is adding a 2nd shift for a clients growing team for a in Elkhart, IN! Good attendance is vital!

$23-$34/hour based on experience Additional 2nd shift differential Temperature-controlled facility year-round Full benefits package available Stable, long-term opportunity with a supportive team environment Essential Responsibilities Pour concrete into wall and floor forms Smooth, spread, and finish concrete surfaces Work with rebar and reinforcement materials Read blueprints and follow production specifications Operate hand and power tools safely Meet daily production and quality goals Collaborate effectively with team members Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred Concrete or casting experience strongly preferred Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and team attitude Apply NOW! #sct
