Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise concrete construction crews on-site. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction site experience, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of concrete work processes. Responsibilities Oversee daily concrete construction activities, including pouring, finishing, and curing operations on-site. Supervise and coordinate the work of crew members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met. Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects. Manage project schedules to keep projects on track. Monitor quality control standards, inspecting work for adherence to specifications and schematics. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, and contract management to optimize resources. Skills Proven experience supervising concrete construction projects with a strong understanding of heavy civil or building sites. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction layout. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety. Ability to operate tools, and equipment used in pouring, finishing, excavating. Strong management skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
