This role focuses on structural concrete repair, not general flatwork. What you'll do Perform concrete repairs including patching, resurfacing, and structural restoration Remove damaged concrete and prepare surfaces for repair Form, pour, place, and finish concrete to specification Apply repair mortars, overlays, and coatings Assist with crack repair, joint restoration, and structural strengthening Operate hand and power tools safely Follow all OSHA and company safety standards Qualifications Experience in concrete finishing or concrete restoration preferred Knowledge of surface preparation and repair techniques Ability to read project specifications and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to quality and safety Be flexible. (Open to learning new skills and trying different approaches.) Not afraid of heights. Ability to work safely in active jobsite environments. Travel is required.
