Location:

Lebanon, IN The Concrete Laborer will support a commercial construction project by performing hands-on concrete work, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete. This role focuses on building sidewalks and concrete pads while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate has experience working with concrete tools and materials, can follow layout and grade specifications, and is comfortable performing physically demanding work in an active jobsite environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, layout, and grading for sidewalks and concrete pads Build and set concrete forms using wood, metal, and other materials Place, spread, and consolidate concrete using hand tools and power equipment Finish concrete surfaces using trowels, floats, screeds, edgers, and other finishing tools Ensure proper concrete thickness, slope, and finish per project specifications Assist with jointing, curing, sealing, and surface protection of concrete Remove forms and clean tools, equipment, and work areas after pours

Requirements:

Previous carpentry experience(wood framing) Wood framing experience is a must have. Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math.

Work Environment:

Previous experience working with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing preferred Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment Knowledge of basic concrete practices, materials, and safety procedures Ability to read layout marks, string lines, and grade stakes is a plus Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending, lifting, and standing Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
