In this role, you will coordinate crews, manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality concrete work on time and within budget. Your leadership will be essential in supervising teams, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining project schedules to achieve successful project outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in commercial construction environments while fostering a safety-first culture. Responsibilities Lead and manage concrete crews on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide team activities accurately. Coordinate construction schedules to meet deadlines. Supervise the preparation of formwork, reinforcement placement, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete scopes. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations through ongoing safety training and site inspections. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to maintain quality control and proper documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent scheduling and coordination skills. Familiarity with managing budgets, contracts, quality control procedures, and construction safety standards. Supervisory experience managing teams in fast-paced construction environments with a focus on safety compliance and project delivery. Knowledge of large-scale concrete structures is preferred. We are looking for a working foreman who is willing to lead from the front, communicate clearly and take ownership of the job. Commercial concrete experience and a valid driver's license are required. We want someone who shares our vision for growth and is interested in building something together—not simply filling a position. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with the company, take on greater responsibility and play an important role in our future.
