• Position Overview We are looking for Skilled Concrete Laborers with experience in formwork, reinforcing steel, and slab preparation. This role is for individuals who understand how a job comes together before the pour—layout, forming, grading, and reinforcing—not entry-level labor.
• Key Responsibilities Set and strip concrete forms (walls, footings, slabs, and site work) Assist with layout, measuring, and maintaining elevations Install and tie reinforcing steel (rebar, WWF, dowels) Perform subgrade prep, including: o Grading and compaction o Installing base material and vapor barriers Assist with embedding items (anchor bolts, inserts, sleeves) Work alongside finishers and foremen to ensure pour readiness Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization Follow all safety protocols•Qualifications (Must Have) Proven experience in concrete formwork, rebar installation, or slab prep Ability to read a tape measure and follow layout instructions Basic understanding of grades, elevations, and site prep Experience tying rebar and placing reinforcement correctly Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to work long hours, including early mornings Strong work ethic and team mindset•Preferred Qualifications Ability to read construction drawings and layout plans Experience with commercial concrete projects Experience setting forms independently Ability to run small crews or grow into a lead role•What We Offer Competitive pay based on skill and production Production-based incentives for high performers Consistent commercial workload High-performance team environment Advancement opportunities into lead or foreman positions•Why Join Harbinger We operate differently than most crews.
