Concrete Worker

About the Role We're looking for hard-working individuals who want steady, hands-on work and the chance to learn a trade. As a member of the Boss Mudjacking crew, you'll be out in the field lifting and leveling concrete while working alongside an experienced team. No experience needed - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist with concrete lifting and leveling projects using mudjacking equipment Help with jobsite setup, material handling, pumping operations, and cleanup Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites Work closely with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and to standard Load, unload, and care for tools, materials, and equipment Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers What We're Looking For Required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, kneeling, standing for extended periods) Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Willingness to learn and follow instructions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred (Not Required) Experience in construction, concrete, landscaping, or general labor Familiarity with basic tools and equipment Interest in growing into a crew foreman or sales role Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for raises as skills develop Hands-on training in a specialized concrete repair trade Clear path to advancement into supervisory or sales roles Why Join Boss Mudjacking Boss Mudjacking is part of a growing, family-owned group of service businesses focused on doing quality work and building strong teams.
