Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete finishing work on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and renovation sites. Your expertise will help ensure smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing concrete surfaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your craft, and contribute to building lasting structures that stand the test of time. Responsibilities Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools. Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to provide structural support. Prepare forms and molds for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and stability before pouring. Perform rebar installation, metal stud framing, and masonry work as needed for various projects. Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for concrete placement and finishing. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly.

Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of construction tools, equipment operation, and maintenance. Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, pouring techniques, and finishing processes. Experience with hardscape construction including paving stones and decorative concrete features. Excellent hand tool skills along with experience using power tools safely on-site. Construction site experience across commercial or residential projects is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance throughout long shifts. $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
