Project Manager - Commercial (Subcontractor Side)

The Role We are looking for a sharp, experienced Subcontractor-side Project Manager to manage our self-performed commercial concrete projects.

Note:

This is not a General Contractor role. We need someone who has "boots on the ground" experience managing concrete scopes, tracking quantities, leading field crews, and coordinating directly with GCs from the sub side. If you've helped a $5M-$25M company grow through efficient project management, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of commercial concrete projects from kickoff to completion. Keep projects on track by managing schedules, budgets, and resources.

The Details Matter:

Document all extra work and field changes so our billing and change orders are always accurate. Act as the main point of contact for clients, GCs, and our internal field teams. Ensure every site meets our high standards for safety and craftsmanship. Proactively solve field issues before they become budget issues.

What You'll Need:

Concrete Subcontractor Experience:

You must have a background managing self-performed work for a commercial concrete sub.

Proven Track Record:

Experience in a $5M-$25M revenue environment is a must.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable with project management software.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to handle multiple projects at once while building strong relationships with crews and clients.
