Commercial Concrete Working Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Working Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects on commercial sites. This person will work alongside the team in this role. This role is vital in ensuring that all concrete work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in concrete, bridge construction and concrete techniques will drive project success from start to finish, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of concrete crews Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation processes Be the master concrete specialist on site and prepared to also work the labor side Skills Extensive experience on construction sites with a focus on concrete work in commercial projects General knowledge and experience on heavy equipment

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Application Question(s): This position requires operation of company vehicles therefore the DOT Physical is required. Do you understand that drugs including but not limited to suboxone will prevent passing of this test and disqualify you as an applicant? Unless your resume clearly states it, describe your commercial concrete experience. Commercial means you worked for a company on commercial (not residential) jobs.

Experience:

commercial concrete: 3 years (Preferred) bridge construction: 2 years (Required)
