Entry-Level Concrete Coatings Installer

OMG Floor Coatings KY is looking for an entry-level installer trainee to join our growing concrete coatings company in Central Kentucky. This is a hands-on trade position for someone who wants to learn a valuable skill, work hard, and grow with a young company from the ground up. No concrete coatings experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. You'll be helping install premium polyurea/polyaspartic flake floor systems for garages, patios, basements, pool decks, and other residential or commercial concrete spaces. The work is physical, detailed, and requires someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. This role will start part-time and can grow into full-time work as the company grows. Responsibilities Assist with concrete floor preparation, grinding, cleaning, and coating installation Help load, unload, organize, and maintain tools and materials Follow installation steps and safety procedures Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Work with the team to complete high-quality floor coating projects Learn the full installation process from prep to final broadcast and finish coat Show up on time, ready to work, and willing to be coached What We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and coachable Wants to learn a skilled trade Comfortable doing physical work Good attitude and willingness to grow Detail-oriented and able to follow directions Able to work on your feet, lift materials, and work in garage/outdoor environments Takes pride in quality work Interested in growing with a company long-term Requirements Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation required Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in garages, basements, patios, and outdoor concrete spaces Construction, flooring, painting, landscaping, military, warehouse, or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Growth Opportunity Starting pay is $19/hour . This position will begin as part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time work as we book more projects. The right person will have a real opportunity to grow with the company, take on more responsibility, and build a long-term role inside OMG Floor Coatings KY. Schedule Part-time to start.
