Job Description

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a high-performance F&I Director to lead, develop, and scale the performance of our finance operations across the dealership. This opportunity is ideal for a proven F&I leader who is ready to step into a position where they can build teams, influence culture, and drive a high-performance culture . What You'll Be Responsible For Leadership & Accountability Lead and mentor all F&I Managers, holding the team accountable to performance standards and process execution Establish clear expectations for production, compliance, and customer experience Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and daily accountability routines Training & Development Build and maintain a consistent training cadence for F&I and sales teams Develop both new and tenured talent to maximize individual and team-level performance Partner with sales management to strengthen desking, turnover, and deal flow execution Process & Performance Management Oversee daily F&I production metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans Drive improvements in PRU, penetrations, and overall department profitability Ensure consistent deal structure, routing, and 100% customer engagement Lender & Dealership Strategy Manage relationships with lenders and oversee portfolio performance Identify opportunities to improve approvals, funding efficiency, and profitability Act as the bridge between F&I, sales, accounting, and executive leadership Culture & Communication Build a high-performance, positive F&I culture rooted in accountability and teamwork Maintain strong cross-department communication to support overall dealership success Promote professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times What We're Looking For Proven F&I leadership experience (Director, Senior Manager, or top-performing Manager ready to lead teams) Strong understanding of F&I processes, deal structure, and lender relationships Demonstrated ability to develop people and drive performance Strong communication, coaching, and leadership presence Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, accountability, and continuous improvement Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates. $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
