Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience finishing concrete to a high standard and takes pride in producing clean, professional work. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, and a commitment to jobsite safety. A successful candidate will be experienced in concrete placement and finishing techniques including grading, smoothing, edging, jointing, and surface texturing. We're seeking someone who shows up ready to work, maintains a strong work ethic, and contributes to a quality job from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Pour, place, and finish concrete surfaces for commercial buildings and large-scale projects. Screed, level, edge, and smooth concrete using hand tools and power finishing equipment. Apply finishing techniques including troweling, broom finishes, and other surface textures as required. Install and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) and wire mesh as needed for placement. Set and install formwork components and embedded items, including expansion joints and control joints. Repair, patch, and restore existing concrete surfaces as needed. Coordinate with other crew members, supervisors, and trades to ensure concrete work meets project requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all jobsite safety procedures. Assist with erecting and dismantling temporary structures such as scaffolding, shoring, braces, and supports when needed.

What You'll Bring :

Proven experience as a concrete finisher on commercial or large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of concrete placement, curing, and finishing methods. Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, grades, elevations, and layout marks. Skilled in using concrete tools and equipment such as: bull floats, hand floats, trowels screeds, edgers, groovers power trowels, vibrators, and saws for control joints Knowledge of proper reinforcement placement and concrete prep procedures. Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods). Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).

OSHA-10/OSHA-30

certification (preferred).
