Valid Driver's License Requirements Must be able to finish concrete — proven experience required. Must have at least 1 year of experience forming and finishing concrete. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be reliable and show up on time, ready to work. Must be able to provide valid references — we will call to verify experience. Serious inquiries only! Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team in Somerset, KY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in but not limited to concrete finishing and related construction work. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on commercial projects. Responsibilities Follow instructions from management accurately. Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area. Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete using appropriate tools and techniques. Shape, smooth, and texture concrete surfaces for both function and appearance. Repair or restore damaged concrete surfaces. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures. Work collaboratively with other crew members. Perform additional construction tasks but not limited to (stucco, framing, tile, etc.). Experience & Skills Proven hands-on experience in concrete forming and finishing. Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures used in concrete work.
