PRECAST CONCRETE ESTIMATOR

Premier Concrete Products Premier Concrete Products is seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Estimator to join our growing team. This role is critical to our success and will work closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to deliver accurate, competitive estimates for a wide range of precast concrete products. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for precast concrete projects including storm structures, bridge structures, box culverts, and custom products Review project plans, specifications, takeoffs, and bid documents Analyze material, labor, equipment, and transportation costs Coordinate with internal teams on production methods, schedules, and constructability Prepare and submit quotations, alternates, and value-engineering options Assist with bid reviews, clarifications, and post-bid support Maintain pricing databases and historical cost information Qualifications Previous experience estimating precast concrete (preferred) or related construction materials Strong understanding of concrete products, construction drawings, and specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for working with customers, engineers, and internal teams What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing precast concrete manufacturer Collaborative team environment Opportunity to work on large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
