What You'll Be Doing Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as directed Help prep and clean job sites, including removing debris and materials Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials Support concrete finishers and form carpenters as needed Assist with general labor tasks to keep the job moving Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times Follow all safety rules and report anything unsafe immediately Report incidents to your foreman, safety team, or supervisor What We're Looking For 1+ year of construction experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and team-oriented Takes safety seriously and follows directions Able to work outdoors in varying conditions What You'll Get Full-time, steady work PTO, health, and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities to learn concrete work and grow your skills Clear path to move up within the company
