Job Description

Concrete SuperintendentLocation:
Boston, MA (client is open to covering relocation expenses)
Salary:
$100K -$130K (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all aspects of concrete construction projectsCoordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-siteReview project plans and specifications to ensure quality and accuracyProvide leadership and direction to project teams, including laborers and tradesmenMonitor project progress and prepare regular reports for upper managementResolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the projectConduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are adhered toQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industryExperience with flatwork, cast-in-place, tilt walls, tilt-up, structural concrete, mass concrete, slabs, excavating, earthwork, and underground utilities, etcStrong knowledge of concrete construction methods and practicesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsBenefitsFull Benefits Included
