Experienced Epoxy Floor Installer / Concrete Polisher Westfield Ma - Travel through out the Northeast Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Job Description We are seeking experienced Epoxy Floor Installers and Concrete Polishers to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving surface preparation, epoxy coating, and concrete polishing in residential, commercial and industrial environments. Our work is often performed during normal business hours, so maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site is essential. Responsibilities Install epoxy flooring systems and polish concrete surfaces Perform surface preparation (diamond grinding, shot blasting, scraping, cleaning) Repair and prep concrete substrates for coating Operate and maintain flooring equipment and tools Follow safety protocols and job specifications Maintain clean and organized work areas Work efficiently as part of a team or independently Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, or similar trade Experience with diamond grinders, shot blasters, and surface prep tools Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, grinding, standing for long periods) Strong attention to detail and workmanship Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work a flexible schedule , including occasional weekends Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation Valid Driver's License required (for full-time roles) Ability to drive a van, box truck, or truck with trailer is a plus Additional Information Travel may be required (advance notice provided) Opportunities for growth based on performance
