Concrete Foundation Formwork Laborer — Worcester County, MA Full-Time | Field Work | Year-Round Opportunity If you know formwork, you know everything starts with the foundation. Eastland Partners is hiring Concrete Foundation Formwork Laborers for long-term sitework and construction projects across Worcester County.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist in setting and stripping concrete formwork Help build foundation walls, footings, and slabs Measure, cut, and assemble form systems Tie rebar and assist with reinforcing steel placement Work with concrete pours and finishing crews Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow site safety standards at all times Work alongside experienced carpenters and foremen

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in concrete, formwork, or construction labor ( preferred ) Willingness to work hard and learn on the job Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and stay active all day Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Basic knowledge of tools and construction site safety Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and team mindset
