Overview Concrete Coring of Maine offers a unique array of services that is needed all across the state. If any concrete needs to be cut, cored, demo'd, ground, or modified in general, we get the call! We are looking to grow our team with a dedicated and hardworking Concrete Saw Operator willing to take the bull by the horns! This position is essential in supporting various concrete cutting and coring projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a positive work environment. Concrete Coring of Maine is 100% Employee-Owned, with a great benefits package. Duties Lead in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and tackle concrete cutting/coring/demo jobs as a team. Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. An ideal candidate would run jobs with 1-2 helper/laborers after a reasonable training period. Leave jobsite clean and properly dispose of debris/slurry Skills Strong leadership qualities and characteristics Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required. Basic knowledge of construction or labor practices is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
