Job Description

Production Foreman, Concrete Job Summary Our Client is seeking an experienced Production Foreman to join our team in a hands-on leadership role overseeing concrete installation projects. This position is ideal for a skilled concrete professional who enjoys leading a small crew while actively participating in field operations. The Production Foreman will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining job site safety, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing projects efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong experience with concrete forming and flatwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a field crew of 1 to 3 team members. Perform hands-on concrete work including forming and flatwork installations. Load materials, tools, and equipment onto company vehicles for daily projects. Travel to customer locations and complete installations according to company standards. Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and job site organization. Unload, clean, and restock vehicles and equipment at the end of each workday. Train and mentor crew members to support team development and productivity. Identify and resolve job site challenges while maintaining project quality and timelines. Qualifications and Certifications Minimum of 4 years of concrete construction experience. Experience with concrete forming, flatwork, or both. Working knowledge of power tools and construction equipment. Proven leadership or crew supervision experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions.
