Role:

Denek Contracting Inc is seeking a motivated Concrete Foundation and Wall Setting Laborer to join our dynamic team in Pontiac, MI. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting construction projects while contributing to the growth of a respected company in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the pouring, setting, and finishing of concrete foundations and walls. Prepare and clean work sites to ensure safety and efficiency. Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner. Follow project plans and specifications to meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time. Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Report any issues or concerns to the Foreman promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in concrete work or general labor preferred but will train. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Knowledge of safety practices in construction environments. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
