Medical, Dental, Life Insurance & Simple IRA Position Overview Greystone Masonry, LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher who is looking to grow into a Foreman position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and foundation work, along with the motivation to take on leadership responsibilities over time. This role works closely with our Foundation Crew Foreman to coordinate daily operations, materials, and jobsite needs while developing the skills needed to lead a crew. Responsibilities Perform concrete finishing on foundations, walls, and flatwork Assist with forming, pouring, and general foundation work Work closely with foremen and supervisors on active job sites Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans Help coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment needs Maintain quality standards and ensure clean, organized job sites Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as experience grows Perform physical labor and lift heavy materials as required Opportunity for overtime and occasional weekend work during peak summer season Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of concrete experience (finishing, foundations, or both) Strong finishing skills and attention to detail Interest in growing into a foreman or leadership role Basic knowledge of foundation construction methods and safety practices Ability to operate concrete tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Good communication and teamwork skills Strong math, problem-solving, and attention to detail Bonus Skills CDL Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical and dental insurance Simple IRA retirement plan Life insurance
