Job Description

Concrete Laborer / Finisher -
Williams Custom Concrete Location:
Mankato, MN and surrounding area
Pay:
$22-$35 per hour, based on experience Experience required Williams Custom Concrete is seeking a reliable, hardworking Concrete Laborer / Finisher to join our growing crew. We specialize in residential concrete projects including driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, decorative concrete, and flatwork. This is a full-time seasonal position with opportunities for overtime and advancement for the right candidate. Responsibilities Set and strip concrete forms Grade and prepare subgrades Place and finish concrete Install rebar and reinforcement Operate hand and power tools Load, unload, and move materials Maintain a clean and safe job site Assist with demolition and tear-out work as needed Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and punctuality Construction or concrete experience preferred but not required CDL is a plus but not required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Performance-based raises Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Consistent work during the construction season Schedule Monday-Friday Typical start time: 7:00 AM Overtime available during peak season How to Apply Apply through Indeed and include any relevant construction or concrete experienc.
