Comer & Cross Garage Coatings has a unique opportunity for a General Manager, this Position entails overseeing Sales and Operations as the General Manager in our Minneapolis Market. We are excited and looking forward to filling this position as we grow! The role of General Manager involves overseeing and managing the overall operations of the location. This position requires a combination of leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. The General Manager is directly responsible for the culture, revenue, and gross profit of the Comer & Cross Crews. This includes the overall output and performance of the people and locations they supervise. The GM supports the standard of success at their location. This role will support our team as a leader/coach. You will be in the office supervising your teams as well as spending time on administrative duties, visiting past and upcoming projects, and making sure the coatings team has everything they need to succeed. Your primary and most important role will be to ensure the success of each and every install. You will oversee crews of top-quality craftsmen, be the training expert for new crew members and promote our culture of teamwork and fun by being the example. You will exceed customers' expectations with your exceptional customer service skills and detailed attention to your craft. Key Responsibilities:

This is Primarily a Production Leader Position!

Leadership and Management:

Provide leadership to the entire team. Hire, train, and supervise Production, Sales & all other location personnel to the highest degree.

Operations Management:

Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implementing process improvements to enhance operational performance Number 1 Job is to complete jobs on time as efficiently as possible. In order to do this you will be responsible for hiring and firing, labor efficiency, inventory efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Conducting market research to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Analyzing competitors and market trends to develop strategies.

Sales Management:

Assist Sales Manager to meet sales targets. Help with hiring on an as needed basis. Run Sales Appointments as needed.

Reporting/ Weekly meetings:

Holding weekly meetings analyzing scorecard KPIS based on EOS. Report KPIS on
