We require prior concrete experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities Prepare, pour, and finish concrete surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, patios, porches, etc. Operate hand and power tools related to concrete work Level, smooth, and finish concrete using floats, trowels, and screeds Set forms and ensure proper alignment and grade Apply finishing techniques such as broom finish, edging, and jointing Maintain a clean and safe job site Work with crew members to complete projects effifciantly on schedule Requirements Prior experience in concrete finishing is required Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools Strong work ethic Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with decorative concrete or stamped concrete Knowledge of concrete curing and finishing techniques Experience operating skid steers or other heavy construction equipment Pay & Benefits Pay based on prior experience and knowledge Opportunities for overtime and weekend work Career advancement opportunities
